STRATEGY and EXECUTION

OPTIMIZATION

Execution is the ability to mesh strategy with reality, align people with goals, and achieve the promised results.

Lawrence Bossidy

The Optimization Services offer by Unbranded Sales are based on core values, concepts, and guidelines for evaluating your organization’s processes and results. We utilize proven leadership and management principles to plan the optimal strategy and process for your business. Achievement and integrating your strategy throughout your company will have a significant impact on your organization’s business results and its leaders, both personally and professionally.

Unbranded Sales Four Stages of Optimization

1.  Analysis and Evaluation â€“ A snapshot of your organization, the key influences on how it operates, and your competitive environment

2.  Strategy Formulation – Align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, monitor organization performance against strategic goals, and use these topics for action planning using a Balanced Scorecard

3.  Strategy Execution – Build a scorecard with leading and lagging measurements that focus on the actions that will help you achieve your goals, initiatives, and optimal performance

4. Evaluation and Implementation – Ongoing evaluation and refinement of the scorecard and sustained accountability of the leaders and teams to set and achieve extraordinary goals

We use the Organizational Profile provided by Baldrige Excellence Framework to assess your organization’s strengths and opportunities for improvement. By challenging yourself with the questions that make up the Criteria for Performance Excellence, you explore how you are accomplishing what is important to your organization. The questions (divided into six interrelated process categories and a results category) represent seven critical aspects of managing and performing as an organization:

1. Leadership

2. Strategy

3. Customers

4. Measurement, analysis, and knowledge management

5. Workforce

6. Operations

7. Results

We work with leaders of the company to first identify the strategy and vison that meets the expectations and goals of the four identified business perspectives and create strategic business plans that support the goals of the business perspectives using the 6 pertinent management questions

(What, Where, Why, How, When, and Who).

WHAT
Is to be done?
WHERE
Will it be done?
WHY
Are we doing it?
HOW
Will it be done?
WHEN
Will it happen?
WHO
Will do it?

After identifying the strategy and outlining the business plans we work with the business unit leaders and managers to create a scorecard to measure their performance against the goals and expectations identified in the strategy.

Example Scorecard: You can create your own scoreboard or use an automated online syste to track and share your results.

To fully optimize your strategy and achieve your goals you must implement and evaluate the strategy throughout your company and have 100% accountability and buy-in. We provide the appropriate training and evaluation to ensure the successful implementation of your strategy. Once implemented, you will have the ability to measure and effectively communicate outstanding results to your stakeholders, customers, and front-line employees about the learning and growth of your company.
